  • Muscle and nervous tension, sharp headaches, migraines
  • All types of neuralgia of the face, blurred vision, migraine, muscle rigidity
  • Sharp twinge-like pains, sciatica
  • Darting and shooting headache pains, and nervous headaches
  • Muscular cramps, contractions and muscular twitching
  • Heartburn
  • Hiccups
  • Convulsive coughing
  • Involuntary trembling of the hands
  • Colicky pain
  • Hot flushes, period pains, cramps
  • Flatulence - stomach cramps (tight, bloated feelings across the abdomen)

Signs of Deficiency:

  • Red, round spots on the cheeks (always or temporarily)
  • Red spots in the neck
  • Otherwise pale skin
  • Convulsions of the corners of mouth
  • Twitch of the eyelids

Recommendations:
Tissue Salts can be used on their own or in recommended combinations to balance and restore a variety of deficiencies:

  • For immediate relief with cramping, spasmodic pains (e.g. period pains), Mag Phos acts more quickly when taken dissolved in some hot water - a 'Hot 8’ :
    • Dissolve the Tissue Salts (8 tablets or 1 tsp powder) in a cup of 200ml warm water.
    • Sip every 5-15 minutes depending on the severity of the symptoms.
  • No.2 Calc Phos can be used with No.8 Mag Phos to assist with cramps
  • No.6 Kali Phos complements No.8 Mag Phos for physical and mental stress
  • No.8 Mag Phos is primarily an antispasmodic and supplements the function of No.6 Kali Phos

Available in Tablets (120) and Powder (300g or 1Kg)
